Carbs also come from Pasta and Rice, if we choose pasta or rice as our main source of carbohydrates, rather than vegetables, you would fill only 1/3 of the plate, or one fist measurement, the other third of the plate would be free. If this is the case, you would no longer take any fruit for dessert either.

Adding Fat to Your Diet: Finally you will add monounsaturated fat to season our vegetables and salads, and you can also use it for cooking proteins, mainly as extra virgin olive oil. The recommended amount is one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Good fats are also found in guacamole or nuts such as walnuts.
